Our goal is much more ambitious than just recording numbers for the annual tax filings (your bookkeeper or tax CPA can do that already.) DeepSky is not a CPA firm and does not prepare income tax returns. Our outsourced accounting services do, however, provide your tax CPA with accurate and up-to-date numbers so they can focus on preparing your return (what they are good at) and not on cleaning up data, bookkeeping or accounting.

Why? Because tax regulations are complex (federal, state, city) and constantly changing. There are CPAs and accountants who have dedicated themselves to focus in that area (like Michael’s wife,) but it was never the goal and purpose of DeepSky. We do, however, work closely with your tax CPA throughout the year. Or if you don’t have one, we’ll help you find the appropriate tax advisor.
